Mark will oppose all ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governmental) efforts that discriminate against Kentucky’s fossil fuel industries. He will advocate that Kentucky halt all taxpayer investments in any funds that oppose the use of fossil fuels. Mark will oppose the granting or maintenance of business licenses permitting pro-ESG entities from doing business in Kentucky.
